Yes, your eyes do not deceive you. The King of Fighters comes to the big screen.

That kinda sounds wrong.

I’m not too sure I like it. I mean without the title graphics and the narrator telling me so, I wouldn’t have known it was the King of Fighters. It just looks and feels so far from the source material.

But I guess what really gets my goat is…where is Mai Shiranui and her big bouncing breasts!?

There goes my fantasy of seeing her utter her trademark catchphrase “me bouncy” in a live action flick.

As they’re interviewing the actors, I don’t really get the impression that they’re passionate or enthusiastic about the movie, much less the actual video game.

To be fair, the production values seem much better than that recent Chun-li centric Street Fighter movie. Also, Ray Park is there so we can be assured at least that we’re going to see some really kick-ass action scenes.

But as for the movie itself? Well, I don’t know…
